Villa Konovaltsia | Adaptive reuse in Lviv
Konovaltsia Street is located in the center of Lviv in the Franzivka district. The area mostly consists of historical villas from 1900-1930s.
The idea of the project is to adapt one existing historical villa to the needs of the entrance of the residential block. The building of the villa is connected with the residential part by glass passages, in which the stair-elevator units are integrated. This makes it possible to provide visual and acoustic comfort for those who are in the inner courtyard of the complex. The villa building contains such elements of business class club accommodation such as spa, co-working space, and a daycare.
